Information We Collect Directly from You.

• We collect information required to provide the Services, including contact information and information about your car, such as make, model and year, ownership and title information, mileage, after market modifications, mechanical condition and repairs completed or required, interior and exterior condition, and accident information.
• We collect information that you choose to provide to us while using the Services, such as information about your car payments, insurance, vehicle registration information, photos (such as profile photos you choose to upload), and user generated content (such as ratings and reviews you choose to post or otherwise submit through the Services).
• If you contact us, we collect records and copies of your correspondence, including e-mail addresses and other contact information.
• We collect the information you provide us when you fill out a survey, questionnaire, or other type of form through the Services.
• When you subscribe to receive updates from us about new features available on our Site or through the Services, we collect contact information from you, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
• While you are navigating the Site or using the Services, we may also collect your search queries or information about your viewing history.

We store the information that we receive from third parties with other information that we collect from you (like when you created an account) or receive about you (from third parties). The third-party platform controls the information it collects from you. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information, including personal information, as follows:

Business Partners, Car Dealerships, and Car Retailers.

Our Services provide you with the opportunity to submit information about your car, as well as your contact information, in order to generate and receive customized offers to sell your car. When you submit a request through the Services, we share your information with business partners, including car dealerships and car retailers, (the “Business Partners”) to generate customized offers to sell your car. Additionally, when you request to transact with a car dealership or car retailer with which we do not have a business partnership, (a “Non-Partner”) we will share your information with that Non-Partner. If you select one of the customized offers from our Business Partners that we present to you, or if you request to transact with a Non-Partner, you will be directed to the website or platform of the Business Partner or Non-Partner following your selection of the offer or submission of your request to complete your transaction. Any access to and use of such Business Partner or Non-Partner website or platform is not governed by this Policy but is instead governed by the privacy policy of the applicable Business Partner or Non-Partner, which we encourage you to read before disclosing any additional personal information to that party.

Vendors, Service Providers, and Other Processors.

We may disclose the information we collect from you to vendors, service providers, contractors, agents, or other processors who perform functions on our behalf. For example, we share your information with customer management providers, IT services providers, data storage providers, and technical support providers. We also share your information with service providers who host our Site and Application, analyze aggregate information about our customers, assist us in detecting and deterring fraud, security incidents, or other unlawful activity, and for other business purposes as described in the How We Use Your Information section above.

Subsidiaries and Affiliates.

We may disclose the information we collect from you to any current or future parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, or division.

Analytics Providers/Advertisers.

We may share your information with other users of our Site and Application. For example, if you post a rating, review, pictures, or other content on our Services, the contents of your post (including pictures that you post) as well as other information, such as your name or username, may be available to all visitors to our Site and Applications.

Site and Application Users.

As set forth above, we share information with analytics providers and advertisers to assist us in implementing and evaluating relevant advertising. Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

Clear GIFs, Pixel Tags and Other Technologies.

User Generated Content

We invite you to post content on our Services, including your ratings, comments, and reviews that you would like to be available on our Services. If you post content to our Services, including photos (such as a profile photo), all of the information that you post will be available to all registered users on our Services. If you post your own content on our Services, your posting may become public and we will not have control over how your content may be used by third parties.

Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites.

Security of Your Personal Information

We have implemented reasonable precautions intended to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee security.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust, unique password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

Access Your Personal Information

You may modify or delete personal information that you have submitted through use of the Services by updating your information in the “settings” page within our Application, or by contacting us via the information provided in the Contact Us section below.

Your Choices Regarding Our Use of Your Personal Information

We may send periodic promotional e-mails to you. You may opt-out of promotional e-mails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. If you opt-out of receiving promotional e-mails, we may still send you e-mails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us.

Notice Concerning Children

Our Services are not designed for children under thirteen (13). If we discover that a child under thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
